How To Request a Refund
Email us at info@nuglora.com with the subject line Refund Request — [Your Order Number] and include your name, order number and reason for your request. We will respond within 1–2 business days and process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Returns
You are not required to return the product to receive your refund under our 60-Day Guarantee. We make the process as simple as possible for our customers.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
