Processing Time

All Nuglora orders are processed within 1–2 business days after your order is confirmed. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, followed by a shipping confirmation with your tracking details once your order is on its way.

Free Shipping

Free standard shipping is automatically applied at checkout when you order 2 or more Nuglora products in a single order. No discount code needed.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after your shipping confirmation is sent.

Delivery Delays

Estimated delivery times are a guide and may vary depending on your location and carrier. Nuglora is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside of our control. If your order has not arrived within 25 business days please contact us and we will assist you immediately.

Lost Parcels

If your parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier we will reship your order or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
